Shipping Times and Policies
- Product shipping times are subject to inventory availability. Please refer to the estimated shipping time displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. If an order contains multiple items, the shipping time will be determined by the item with the longest estimated shipping time in the order.
- Since an order will not be split into multiple packages and shipped separately before the estimated shipping time, we recommend placing separate orders if you have specific delivery time requirements (bundled products are handled the same way as orders with multiple items and will not be split for shipping).
- Orders will be shipped prior to the estimated shipping date, and delivery times are subject to the courier’s delivery schedule.

When placing an order, please accurately provide your real name, shipping address, and valid contact information so that we can arrange delivery in a timely manner.
If you have any special shipping requirements, please be sure to contact our pre-sales customer service in advance for consultation.
Please carefully review your shipping information before payment. If you enter an incorrect address due to personal oversight, please contact customer service immediately. We will do our best to contact the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue. Please note:
- If the country of order placement does not match the recipient’s country, the address cannot be modified. Please select the page corresponding to the recipient’s country and place a new order;
- If a request to change the address is made after the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the change will be successful, and any risks or costs incurred due to the address change will be the customer’s responsibility.
*We will not be held liable for delays or returns resulting from the following reasons:
- Delays caused by remote locations or transportation difficulties;
- Delays or failure to deliver caused by the buyer (e.g., changing the delivery address, unclear address, incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal to accept the package, or no designated recipient);
- Delays caused by aviation security inspections resulting in the inability to load the shipment onto a flight or the need to switch to ground transportation;
- Delays caused by delivery obstacles (such as the recipient’s address not permitting delivery personnel entry, or refusal to accept deliveries on rest days or public holidays);
- Delays caused by force majeure (“force majeure” refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable objective circumstances, as well as other objective circumstances that affect delivery times and cause parcel delivery delays, including but not limited to national or regional air or ground transportation system restrictions or disruptions, communication system interference or failures, government actions,changes in policies by postal authorities, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, and other similar events).

Inspection and Acceptance
Soncci guarantees that the outer packaging of your order is intact at the time of shipment. To protect your rights, we recommend that you inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If you notice any damage or deformation, please do not open the package and contact customer service immediately for resolution. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery on the spot.
If you have signed for the package or someone else has signed on your behalf, this is deemed to confirm that the outer packaging, quantity, and contents of the goods are correct.To protect your rights, we strongly recommend that you record a complete unboxing video and verify that you have received all items according to the packing list. If you discover missing or damaged items after unboxing, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
