We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy and a 90-day replacement policy.

Return Policy
Requesting a Return:
You may request a return if any of the following conditions are met:
1. The product’s outer packaging, accessories, promotional items, and user manual are complete, show no signs of human-caused damage, have not been activated or used, and do not affect resale.
2. The product is found to have a performance defect not caused by human error.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request under the following circumstances:
× Return requests submitted after the specified return period has expired, starting from the day after receipt;
× The returned item is incomplete, or the outer packaging, accessories, promotional items, or instruction manual are missing or damaged due to human factors;
× The customer is unable to provide valid proof of purchase or receipts at the time of return, or the receipts have been forged or altered;
× Quality issues resulting from impacts, burns, or damage not caused by the product’s inherent defects, as well as those caused by unauthorized modifications, the introduction of foreign objects (such as water, oil, or sand), incorrect installation, or failure to use or operate the product in accordance with the instruction manual;
× Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeiting markings, etc.;
× Products damaged by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, or other acts of God;
× Failure to ship the relevant items within 7 calendar days after contacting official staff to confirm the return service;
× Other circumstances specified in the policy.
Refund Processing Time
1) If the order has not been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 business day. Once the return request is approved, Soncci.com will refund the amount via the original payment method.
2) If the order has been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 business days. If the return request is approved and the returned item is found to meet the return criteria upon inspection, Soncci.com will refund the amount via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to reasons other than product performance defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Requesting an Exchange:
You may request an exchange if one of the following conditions applies:
1. The product was damaged during shipping, and you can provide proof of damage issued by the shipping company;
2. You discover that the product significantly differs from the original product description in one or more key aspects;
3. You discover a performance defect in the product that is not due to human error.
We reserve the right to refuse a customer’s exchange request under the following circumstances:
× Requests submitted after the specified exchange period has expired, starting from the day after the product was signed for;
× Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or documentation at the time of exchange, or if the documentation is forged or altered;
× The returned items are incomplete, or the product’s appearance has been damaged due to human factors;
× Upon inspection by Soqi’s technical support department, no quality issues are found with the product;
× Quality issues resulting from collisions, burns, unauthorized modifications, the ingress of foreign substances (such as water, oil, or sand), improper installation, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual;
× Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeiting markings, etc.;
× Products damaged by unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, or other force majeure events;
× Failure to ship the relevant item within 7 calendar days after contacting official staff to confirm the exchange service;
× Requests for replacement due to shipping damage that fail to provide proof of damage issued by the shipping company;
× Accessories are currently not eligible for exchange. If you wish to exchange an accessory, please return it and make a new purchase;
× Other circumstances specified in this policy.
Exchange Shipping Costs
For exchanges resulting from product performance failures, Sochi will cover both ways of shipping costs.
Repair Services
Warranty Service
If a product malfunctions during the valid warranty period, you may apply for warranty service.
To qualify for free warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
√ The product was used normally within the specified warranty period after purchase and has developed a performance failure not caused by human error;
√ The product has not been disassembled without authorization, modified or upgraded in a manner not specified in the official manual, or suffered any other non-human-induced failure;
√ Valid proof of purchase, receipts, and order numbers must be provided.
The following situations are not covered by the free product warranty service:
× Accidents such as collisions or burn damage caused by human factors unrelated to the product’s inherent quality;
× Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or opening of the device not in accordance with the official user manual;
× Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, or operation not in accordance with the manual;
× Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or component replacements performed by the customer without official guidance;
× Damage resulting from circuit modifications not authorized by the official manual or improper use of chargers;
× Signs of tampering, such as the removal or alteration of the device’s serial number, factory label, or other markings;
× Failure to ship the relevant item within 7 calendar days after contacting an official representative to confirm warranty service.
